Precision came highly recommended on web searches, and they did not disappoint. I was searching on Saturday for a company to do the repair on a pulley that had pulled away from the wall mount on my 7 year old or so garage door (a different company did the original install and previous fix). I used the online chat and it was so easy to schedule - I was even able to upload pictures of the pulley system. That was so helpful. I even could have had them schedule for Sunday. However I choose a Monday visit was given a two hour window (which was confirmed twice with the tech's name and time expected). Adrian was the best, he was very knowledgeable and followed social distancing protocol. I was given two excellent solutions and actually chose the little more expensive one that killed two birds with one stone down the road. I felt the pricing was very reasonable and would not hesitate to recommend Precision and Adrian to any and all who need install or repair.

Jesse did a great job on our 9x10 foot door, the top panel has a dent in it from shipping as they in packed it. Plus once he checked the door opening he noticed some seal type silicone dripping from a panel, so he said that he would report it for replacements as he was leaving. Jesse and his partner were very professional and safe thru the installation and this Pandemic. I don’t do Facebook, google so you can post this if you want.

Our installers were fantastic. They were here on time and got the new door installed in no time. When it came to the opener they did not push a sale on me, but rather explained the bennefits of the new opener to allow me to come to my decision. I ultimately decided to put the 270 opener in with a key pad and the installers got that done in no time. They showed me how to use it and made sure my pin code worked. I was super impressed at their professionalism and how they abided by the newly required social distancing that we all now have to follow! Great job!
