Chris repaired a wiring problem on Wednesday, the door would not close that afternoon until we played around with it. Then I called Thursday as the door was randomly not closing and, luckily, an appointment was made for today, Saturday afternoon, as the door would not open at all. Chris quickly saw that one of the springs had broke and quickly replaced both springs as the other one looked like it would also be breaking. This is the 3rd time Chris has worked on our garage door. We have found him to be very professional and personable. Thank you for such prompt service each time we have called!!
