Freak accident / mishap this morning - backed into the garage door and couldn't get it to shut. Chris was right on time, fixed the problem super quickly, and provided amazing service. Really appreciated the quick same day response and low down on replacement and repair options. Also appreciated waiving the service charge. Door is functional and problem is solved for the short term, but we will definitely be strongly considering your company for replacing our door soon.

I was gone for a week and there was a power outage that screwed with the garage door. Called Precision in the evening and they had a technician Adrian Workman there first thing in the morning. He even called me in advance and helped me troubleshoot a few things before swinging over. I couldn't have asked for better service.
