Benjamin was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He fixed our problem quickly and gave us some great advice about another garage door matter that we wanted help with. His advice on the additional matter was exactly what we needed to hear and we purchased another set of automatic garage doors openers for a detached garage that we had.
