After some initial problems, the tech, Corey was able to fix all issues. He was knowledgeable, efficient, punctual and very pleasant as was the other tech with him today (sorry I forgot his name). It is the technical side of your business that is excellent. Some of the office support,earlier, not so much. Bad attitude and rudeness plus not efficient. It seems to have been addressed as my last two calls were very good

We are so pleased with the service Kris has given us. He is pleasant, explains things clearly. He is a keeper....treat him well!!! Guys like him to do hard work in such cold weather, are hard to find. We ended up getting our new garage motor/opener in today. He has been very patient and efficient with us. Hope this one works very well for another 25 years??!!!!!

Corey and Christian were just great installers and technicians. I can’t give them high enough praise! Corey gave great direction s to Christian and he was an excellent apprentice! Ben Balderee is a wonderful service tech. He installed our new opener back in August and was a delight to work with. He just came to help try and figure out why my wife’s garage door opener does not open our garage door. Unfortunately, it worked just fine while Ben was here but he was very courteous and helpful in giving me suggestions as to why it hasn’t been working. Our garage door was making a banging noise. Precision was able to come by within a couple of days. Easy online scheduling. Our tech Jered was on time and was very pleasant and knowledgable.
