Jaylon was excellent. He let us know when he would arrive. Arrived on time. Reviewed the issues with us, shared options, prepared an estimate, reviewed it with us, told us how much time he thought he would need, used less time than expected, assisted with programming the new pad (he could reach the "learn" button and generally made sure all we wanted had been completed as we wanted it to be completed. He was polite, kind, thorough and efficient. We enjoyed him! Treat him well! He is a find!

The service was great but I was shocked by how much it cost to get it repaired! If I had known that Precision parts didn’t line up with parts from a different company’s garage door, I might have never installed the garage door opener that I did a few years ago. (The door is from Wayne Dalton)

Stephen was very nice, but your pricing was "way" higher than your competitor who quoted me their emergency service price which was double what their normal price would be. Your regular pricing was considerably higher than their emergency pricing... which is why we didn't have the work done. One hundred fifty dollar service call down the drain. :-(
