Great service. Jason called ahead to let us know he was on his way, and quickly corrected the sensors so the door works properly. He installed new ball bearing rollers which are quieter and lubed the hinges. Very satisfied with the product and service. Gary Peterson

Mr. Worthy was the nicest as well as most competent person to assist us with a mechanical problem related to our home in awhile. He was aware that I had to leave to see my husband who was in the hospital. He came out early to help me with a garage door that wouldn't close so I could leave. I was really impressed with the response time. He explained what the problem was and how he repaired it. We are really appreciative not only of the response time and how the issue was handled but especially Mr. Worthy. Thank you. Also the dispatcher that assisted us was extremely competent at her job.

This was for adjusting the Safety Pressure Reverse setting and also Service and maintenance. Adrian was knowdledgeable and helpful. He made the adjustment then created documentation for me to submit to the people that are buying the house. He also answered questions I have had about what I should do for preventive maintenance.
