Our garage door refused to close after installing a serge protector. Technician, Adrian, was here within two hours and did the reset quickly. He also added a bar of sorts to improve performance at no charge. He was very careful to maintain distance and he sanitized his work area. Good job, great response.

Your two excellent team members showed up and quickly assessed my door problem. Replacement of a bent rail, rollers and tension cables proceeded smoothly and soon I was back in service. Everything was balanced, adjusted and tuned up. I even saw them cleaning up a couple smudges off the door an lubricating some existing parts. Anthony came right on time and promptly fixed the door; it needed to be realigned and the bearing rollers needed to be replaced. He was very professional and friendly. I also asked him for information about replacement doors; he provided me with information and quotes- but no sales pressure. I think that I will call on Precision in the future to replace the door (it's looking sort of shabby, but it still works).
