Its was extremely Cold this morning. Ben came and changed out 3 broken Springs very quickly. I was asking a lot of questions about everything he’s was doing, while he’s working. Our garage door would not open and when I called Precision, they had a tech available almost immediately. The tech trouble-shot the issue and presented multiple solutions in a wide range of costs. We chose the option that worked best for our needs and budget and the work was completed that day.
