The first technician who came out, Will, made a repair to my door at no charge. He also, at no charge, spent about 30 minutes removing some ceiling mounted shelving that would have been in the way of the new door I ordered. It would have taken me a lot of time to remove the shelving and I would have needed help; Will was terrific! He was also a good listener and figured out very quickly what was important to me in a new door. David and the other tech who did the install were amazing. On time, fast and efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. And I love the new door; it is so quiet and smooth; an incredible improvement over the old door. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.
