The communication from Precision Door is excellent. They contact you by text (if you like) ahead of the appointment and then call when they are on the way. Ben arrived ahead of schedule after first confirming that the change in time worked for me. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He had everything back working in 20 minutes tops. Ben came out just to tighten the torsion bar for my garage door. He also noticed several issues that he took care of for me to make sure the door was safe and worked properly in my vintage 1929 garage. I never would have know those issues existed.
