I must say, the two gentlemen that came to remove my extremely old, dangerous doors were polite, informative, competent and respectful. Cory and Kevin did an excellent job on the doors! They had a lot of work to do as one door was twisted on the track. I had many questions that were answered promptly and completely. They showed me all the little ins and outs of using the doors, cleaned the doors up, lubed them and cleaned up every bit of trash. They even took a leaf blower and blew out everything in my garage to the driveway and then cleaned it up! I have had interactions with may different vendors over the decades and will state that PRECISION OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR SERVICE represents quality, outstanding service and professionalism. The price was reasonable for all the work and the wonderful doors I now have. Added bonus: they are so quiet opening and closing that I have to make sure the door closes before I exit the garage! (LOL!) Love my new doors!!! Highly recommend PRECISION OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR SERVICE!!

Precision Door responded to our issue in less than an hour. Repairs completed in less than an hour. We were quoted three different levels of repair up to replacing our door with an insulated version. We passed on that level of repair but new torsion springs and bearings were replaced. The responding technician was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. Highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.
