I can't say enough good things about Jered. He called before arriving within the expected window. He introduced himself upon arrival and listened to my concerns regarding leakage under my door, that other competitors were unable, or unwilling to trouble shoot and fix. We discussed possible fixes, and Jered went to work. He was professional, thorough, and efficient. I truly felt listened to, and that Jered was committed to fixing my problem as if he was working on his own garage door. He ended up adjusting the fit of my doors, top, bottom, and sides, and together we installed a new bottom gasket.
