I would give Christian 5 stars. He was here promptly from when he sent the txt message that he was on his way. Christian was very thorough in servicing both doors. He explained what each step of the service process was and explained the construction of the door rollers. He also explained about when to lubricate the doors thru out the year. I will request him for our next service and I will recommend Precision Door Service to our friends.

Prompt service even though it was not an emergency. Did not try to sell anything more that what was beneficial at that time. Issue I called about was not a major concern and would require work that Anthony did not really advise (roller guides are cemented into the floor and cannot be adjusted). Professional and courteous service.
