Jered and Steve did great. They were both super friendly, and they were very knowledgeable. When Jered came out to troubleshoot my door he was very thorough in eliminating every possibility besides a bad motor. The motor ended up being bad and they were able to come back the next day to get it replaced for me. Would 100% recommend for anyone needing service.

I will never use your company again. Turns out the battery on my door opener was just dead. I was charged $250 for him to show me the batteries were dead, and to give me a new remote. That is an entire day’s pay for me. I was honestly expecting him to say “I’ll only charge you for the remote because this is a silly mistake.” Instead I am out $250. Please reconsider this policy so you do not lose any additional customers.
