I have been very happy with this company, 2nd time I've had to hire them for garage door issues. last time it was for my garage door, wouldn't lift. Always very respectful and on time. Jaylon notified me half an hour before arriving. He was super polite and professional got my new motor and all garage door devices connected and went over everything with me to make sure everything worked and I understood everything. We talked about what I would need next and offered to send me a reminder. I would definitely hire this company again.

I was very impressed with Ben! He introduced himself with both a smile and handshake upon arriving and he arrived early, I appreciated that! He listened to me and kept eye contact when I explained that the door was not closing tightly to the garage floor. After a few quick adjustments the door closed tighter and Ben gave me clear options for correcting the minor issue that I could easily perform. When he left he again shook my hand, smiled and made eye contact and gave me his card if I ever needed services again. I was quite impressed that a man as young as Ben had excellent people skills. It’s not something you see much of these days in younger people and it is something I will remember and pass on to neighbors and friends if they need garage door services. These guys were great. Explained all about the doors. Made sure we understood how they work. They noticed that the vinyl around the door is a color, as opposed to white, and said they would put in a request that that be changed to white to better match the door and opening.

TECK DID A GOOD JOB.THOUGHT THE PRICE HAD SOME BIDDEN ONOMEX INVOLVED. WOULD HAVE CHARGED ME 3% MORE IF I USED MY CHARGE CARD HM. MOST CO. WILL REFUND SERVICE CHARGE IF THEY GET THE JOB. THIS WAS NOT DONE. THIS BOOSTED THE CHARGE TO 219.95 PLUS TAX OVER WHAT OTHER CO. NORMALY CHARGE. I HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY THREW THE YEAR WITH THIS CO. I GUESS LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING. MR BELL

I've had a lot of problems with my garage door over the past few months and have been able to keep it going (barely) with minor fixes. But last night one of the cables came off the drum and the door was unusable. Called Precision first thing this morning. Sean was out within a couple of hours and he had the door completely fixed in under an hour. Door is working better than ever now. Excellent service from Sean. Will use Precision when its time to get new doors.
