The person who came out and installed was not the person who sold me the garage door. So I am sorry but I don't remember their names. Both we very professional and nice. The person who installed the garage door was really good and knowledgeable. he made sure I have latches and handles added to the door for easier opening of closing the door. He was very good and cleaned up after his work. That is something I appreciate.
