Johnny on the spot once again. Adrian came back to help diagnose an issue after our first installation. Was willing to get through the "I hear a funny sound" type of issue and figure out exactly what was going on, have an idea of a fix, and got it implemented. Jason was efficient and came in and got the job done. Plus it was very hot today, which is even more important that he was able to work through the heat. And very thankful for him coming out. The call service on the other hand was not so good. Tried 3 different numbers and was on hold for over 20 minutes on two of the numbers. Guess 3rd time is a charm. Finally got through and he was very helpful.

We pretty much knew what we wanted and Tim managed to give us exactly that. We were kept up to date on product shipment from the factory and when it hit Precision's dock, we were able to get it installed the next day. Jesse was our Installation Tech and he did a great job. He dove right in and got it done faster than we had expected. It looks great and is really really quiet. What's not to like! We happily recommend Precision to anyone who asks where we got our door.
