We were getting info on a new set of garage doors as we are updating the exterior of our home. Adrian presented us with many options until we found the one we wanted exactly. He was kind, thorough, patient and gave us all info we needed. He has been to our house previous to install doors on our shop and we think he’s the best. We know with this new purchase we can rely on precision installation and amazing service!

Well, a repair was not in the tool box.... but in fairness my door and springs had to be decades old. Barry was great. He adapted well to the situation and didn't upsale me too much. I got the door I wanted and even though the guys came out with the wrong door at first, the problem was rectified with a phone call and someone came out first thing Monday morning with the correct panels. It's great doing business with Idaho companies. I would recommend Precision Garage Door

Technician was extremely helpful and professional and came out quickly and got the job done quickly after I had a spring fail / snap on my garage door and he fixed / upgraded some broken / worn out hardware that needed to be replaced and got everything going back to normal operation.
