Chris fixed my problem and then I asked him about a new door and explained what I wanted and he came up with what I needed and even afere he left my place for lunch gave me a call on an up graded door he just heard about that could be in by next week so took the up grade so yes I also bought a door. I ordered a new garage door instead of the repairs. Scott was very gracious in having to work in the enclosed garage with no windows. I put 3 fans in there to help him work a little more comfortably. The tech Scott was great. Clean, explained things well and finished in a timely manner. Not so happy with customer service. I spoke to 2 different people trying to find more information on your proposal to upgrade my system and insulate the doors. Both people said they would get back to me or have someone contact me. Never heard a word.

Well to begin with the pricing was all over the place first it was a $399 price, then was told that was wrong and the quote was $499. When the technician got here the price was $545. He gave me a number to text him with my decision and I texted him 3 times yesterday afternoon between 3:25 pm and 5:25 pm to try and confirm my appointment and ask a question. I got zero response. It is now 6:15am and I don't know if I need to call another company or I have an install today.

Efficient company and very good service by the technician. No hassle making the appointment. And good follow up. Technician called within half an hour telling me he would arrive in 29 minutes -- and he did! He got the garage door going, no major issue-- and thoroughly checked out the garage door system. Scott Carlson was courteous and confident in what he was doing. And, he did not try to sell me lots of parts. I would recommend Precision to my neighbors.
