Tyler Zabaroni came out to the house to inspect our garage door, and found that the spring mechanism was worn out. We purchased a new dual spring mechanism with a life time warranty, and Tyler had it installed in about 20 minutes or so. Tyler is very friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable, having been in the garage door installation and repair industry for over 12 years. It was a pleasure having Tyler out to repair out garage door. We will certainly call Precision Overhead Garage Door Service next time we need service, and won't hesitate to recommend Precision to our family, neighbors and friends. It wasn't a spring repair. The cable on one side was somehow blocking the door from going up. Tyler, Precision employee, was very professional and knew exactly what to do. The final tab seemed a bit excessive, but needed to be done

Said my remote was in a down position-stuck causing it to stick and not open at a distance rather than right in front of garage door. Recommended, i swap out 2nd remote & Try in car. If continued problem call office. Looking to have 2nd remote replaced.

Steve arrived early, checked out our garage door trouble. reset the motor, lubed the parts, tested opening and shutting over 25 times, each time the door opened and closed fine. He knew the opener was 20 years old and probably close to be replaced. He left us with information on several new garage door openers options, carefully explaining each one. The tech was 5 stars!! I want to make that very clear he was absolutely amazing. What I want to give 1 star is the service call lady who quotes me $499.00 for the whole job! This job was not $499.99 it was 916.75. In fact the unit she quoted me on was $549 not $499 so I’m not even sure I was provided with an actual quote. We did the work today because we are in a bid and I’m a realtor who is representing my seller in a transaction but I can 100% tell you I will NEVER recommend your company to ANYONE. And anyone who asks for referral I will be sure to tell them to stay far away…. Christian though hands down awesome you guys don’t deserve him for how well he handle that shit quote you provided up front!
