Anthony came out on 4-30-21 to measure our old garage door and garage dimensions. He sold us the items and services on job#29016450. On 4-30 Anthony measured at least twice, maybe three times the level of our cement garage floor. He detected a half inch gap and told me this could be corrected with an inserted piece to ensure a tight seal. On 4-10-21, Tarren come out and installed a new motor, rails, garage door, everything. When he said he was finished, I mentioned the floor gap to him he said he didn't have any gapping pieces on the truck and said it would cost another service visit to repair. I don't understand this. Why would Anthony take the time and effort to make multiple measurements if completing the job requires a follow on visit?

Actually had Aaron out this morning to give us an estimate to replace our garage door. We are going to have the complete door and opener replaced and was even able to get it scheduled to be done next Wednesday. He was right on time. Very informative and personable. Its was extremely Cold this morning. Ben came and changed out 3 broken Springs very quickly. I was asking a lot of questions about everything he’s was doing, while he’s working. I will specifically ask for him as I plan on replacing and adding garage door openers in the future (spring 2021). Whatever you're paying him, increase it. He's good at his job.
