After 44 years with my original garage door, it began malfunctioning after being frozen to the floor on a cold wintry day. A tech came the same day I called for an evaluation. I could hear, as he verbalized the problems he saw, that it was time to make a change. The first tech put together a replacement package at my request. I was impressed at the kindness and guidance I saw in answering my concerns. Normally I do not make quick decisions, but it was the right thing to do this time. I did not feel pressured to make a decision. Seven weeks later - I have a new, quiet, and safer door. I am very pleased with everything. Adrian did a great job fixing my garage door, replacing the springs and cables. He also did excellent job explaining how the various parts of my garage door worked. My motor is about 20 years old and I will need to replace it soon, so Adrian recommend three different motors that I could have installed.
