Chris (technician) came out at 2:45 on Saturday- earlier then predicted, that is the good. He showed up without the parts to repair our main garage door! Said he would be back on Monday even though it is his day off between 8-9AM. At 9:10 I called back your customer service number because he never showed up!! Lynn attempted to call office and could not get thru, tried calling tech - NO answer and sent email to management. It is 9:40 and I haven’t heard anything and apparently the technician blew me off!!! I have done a lot of business with your company and this is totally unacceptable!! I have no use of my main car and it is suppose to be 4 degrees tonight and I have cars sitting out. Someone better get on the ball.
