These guys were great. Explained all about the doors. Made sure we understood how they work. They noticed that the vinyl around the door is a color, as opposed to white, and said they would put in a request that that be changed to white to better match the door and opening.

Service tech David Deviny was excelent. Arrived early explained process and completed install timely.Walked me through the new equipment and was able to answer all questions. A+ installer. The original order for door was December of 2022. Lead time of 10 to 12 weeks was understood. Upon checking door status at 13 weeks it was discovered door was never ordered. Costumer service was very apologetic and upgraded door for inconvenience. However there was another 10 to 12 week lead time. It is difficult to offer a positive recommendation given this experience.

Estimate was done on a 10’ H door but billing and materials sent to install were for a 12’H door. Technicians did a good job working out install for me but sales an d service communication and follow up leave much to be desired.
