The garage door counter weight spring broke on my garage door. Sean was out at the prescribed time and proceeded to replace the spring with the proper replacement parts and had it all back working perfectly in about one and a half hours. Very happy with the service and will call them again when needed.

Garrett did a good job of explaining what he was doing while onsite. After completion of the job, the door stopped closing properly. I was able to contact Garrett and he immediately returned and tried to fix the issue. Unfortunately, a pully broke that Precision does not replace. You charge for an entire new system. Some folks just cannot afford that especially when you are talking about a ten-to-twenty-dollar part VS a thousand dollars. This appears to be taking advantage of a situation rather than looking out for your customers best interests. I would like to suggest that this company take a look at assisting your customers in this fashion, especially with the economy taking a nose dive. Thank you for your time. Mark Miller 425-879-8756

This is not a broken spring problem. This is replacing storm damaged doors. Nicholas was great. Straight forward and knowledgeable. Real a pleasure to work with him. Thank you. I have tried to call Nicholas and I get a message which say the person you are calling has not set up his Mail box. Try your a gain later. I called the office and asked for call back but did not receive one. Ther had been an appointment set up for Tuesday September 6 th. I did not set up this appointment. At least not that I am aware of. Spoke with my claims adjuster and he has not finalized the work as of yet. He recamended I cancel the appointment.
