Dana came to my house , apparently determined to sell me new garage door equipment. Looked sparingly around, told me how bad he thought everything was and the only help he could offer was to sell me new stuff. I said that, at this moment I just wanted it fixed and schedule the new repairs for spring. He said he was not going to fix it. That I had to buy his new stuff. Without a further word, he got into his truck and left. I had called for a repair man, not a sales man. So we called another service and the tech fixed the problem and we agreed on a new setup to be installed in ten days. The new policy, at your firm, to just go out and sell new stuff, forgetting service, leads me to terminate all interest in calling you again

Absolutely excellent service!! I was able to schedule an appointment online for the very next morning. On a Saturday at a time that worked for me. Unheard of. Jered arrived on time and was very professional. Explained the difference between simply replacing the gear which might last for a while vs whole unit repair. He gave me pricing for both. Repair was about $1,100 and replacement $2,300. However, I ultimately went with another company that replaced entire gear box in the unit for under $300.
