The tech ( Dana) provided next day service and professional repair. As of this date( four days later than service), I still have not received an invoice for the repair service made out to me, the home owner and client. In addition, it appears I was charged $15.51 for a credit card transaction even though I paid with a check.

The installation went as scheduled and we love out new door. The installers gave us advise on our old garage door opener since the new door in heavier than the one damaged one. They cleaned up the garage after installing the door which was very helpful. The door is wonderful. It's very quiet when opening and closing it. It also blocks out outside noise. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to friend and family if they had issues with the old doors.

We had a new door installed 10 weeks ago from you folks. It started making a popping sound right as it caught at the top end of bringing the door up. Anthony Morales was able to isolate the pop, knew what to do so he could fix it, and did so very quickly and with a full explanation. I simply couldn’t have asked for more. We love the door!
