Old units removed that weren't functioning well and new ones installed quickly. Remotes programmed to open both doors and even programmed buttons in our vehicles to open the garage doors. New keypad and buttons in garage installed. Reviewed how everything worked and even went through how to change the code on the keypad. Made sure I didn't have any questions before they left. Cleaned up work area and removed old units. Great service at a reasonable price.

Precision responded to my service request with a service call the following day. Sean was thorough in reviewing the current issues with the doors before making repairs. He also provided estimates on some of the components on the doors/opener that would likely need repair/replacement in the future, without any attempt to hard sell the repairs at this time. He even helped with setting up the Homelink in my car for the openers. Quick response in sending someone out, and great service from Sean.

What Kris did was quite simple. All he had to do was adjust the sensors. That was something I could have done myself. After, I felt rather silly that he came to my place to do something that I could have done. However, he know way made me feel stupid or silly. I appreciated that.
