I live in Spokane Valley, WA. I lost my husband of 32.5 years on 7/26. Among other things to cope with, my garage door was malfunctioning. Sean arrived early due to finishing a job sooner than expected. He empathized with my loss and even helped take some of the things out of my husband's truck in the driveway and put them in the garage so they wouldn't get stolen. Sean went over and above in correcting my problem in a timely, courteous manner and it was truly like an angel was sent to me to make things better with minimal expense. He was very detail-oriented and took time to explain everything. Your company is certainly blessed to have such an employee when many workers don't deliver good customer service and really care about people. He provided excellent service and I have nothing negative to say.

I appreciate the friendly, prompt response, and the two technicians I've worked with over the past few months (Adrian and Sean) were super-knowledgeable, transparent, and thorough. Adrian gave us an estimate on a new opener a few months ago, and Sean came today to replace our keypad and tune-up our door. Both were awesome with their respective work, and we will continue to use Precision for our garage door needs.
