We purchased a new garage door opener from you folks back in 2009. In 2017, the spring for the door broke and Aaron came here. He was so very kind to me. I was a bit rattled as my husband had passed away not long before. He fixed my spring and made sure I felt safe before leaving. Now to today, Scott came to my house to fix a broken garage door opener. He too was so kind, helpful and thoughtful. He made sure all was good with the new garage door, remote openers and the outside opener on my house. He made sure he answered all my questions and when he left I was so happy you sent him to help me out. Thank you for your help and I’m so glad there are still nice, kind, helpful people out there. I’m one happy customer. 😊

Spring broke this morning. Went to the Precision website and scheduled an appt same day. Amazing we didn’t have to wait. Sean was great! Called about 10 minutes out letting us know he was in his way. Replaced our broken spring along with upgrading our bearings. Explained everything while he was doing it. Awesome job and will definitely call precision again for any repairs.

All I can say is Ben is AMAZING!!! He was 100% honest! He was very professional!!! He sold me a new garage door opener and installed and I must say I’m in love!! My house was built in 2008 so it’s not that old but the new opener he installed has me in heaven! So much quieter. I could’ve got something less expensive but the service he gave made me just want to get it done and he definitely did that!! I appreciate this company so much! Thank you
