Precision of Spokane was timely and excellent in their rapid response to our request for a damage assessment and an estimate for repairs/replacement to our large garage door which was left unsecured and exposed the interior to the outside elements from the damage. Additionally, Tom was friendly, experienced and we already have our detailed written estimate only an hour and a half after their onsite assessment. Wow, I was extremely impressed with both his professionalism and candor. He arrived earlier than I expected, which was awesome as I was basically stranded at home because my vehicle was in my garage. He preformed a through row inspection and provided me with an explanation to why my door mechanism failed along with several options for repair. I have since shared what he told me with several other fellow friends/homeowners.
