Aaron came out and inspected our (broken spring) door and gave us an estimate on the spot. We also expressed our concern over the main door being very noisy and not always closing. I was very pleased with the repair service we received. Our garage door is working great and I'm pleased to know that it will give us good service for many more years to come. However, there are a few things that I was not too happy about. Number one of course is the total cost of the repair, which leads me to wonder if all the service you did was really that necessary. It makes me wonder who you really trust now days. I did receive a cheaper quote, from another company, that did not include all the parts you installed, which made me wonder if we should have went with them instead. When I called later that day to get an explanation of the bill, no one called me back. My wife said the technician gave her a quote of $650(which did not include a coupon). We did have a coupon, which after redemption would have given us a bill for $600. We ended up having to pay $689! To me that seems outrageous for a garage door repair. I looked on line at a couple of parts and they were very inexpensive, which leads me to believe that your labor charge is way out of line?! So needless to say, I was not a happy camper. Sure the door works fine, but did I really need to pay that much to get it fixed?
