The garage door opener is very quiet compared to what it used to be before it stopped working. I had a nightmare experience with AHS to get it replaced. I ended up firing them and paid for it myself. So worth it. Stephen at Precision was respectful, courteous and nice. He did a great job on the installation.

The call taker failed to fully understand my problem, so when the technician arrived (in a very timely manner) he didn't have the parts he needed. He took the time to assess what needed replacement and made the extra effort to return to the shop and get the appropriate parts and return later the same day.
