The garage door opener is very quiet compared to what it used to be before it stopped working. I had a nightmare experience with AHS to get it replaced. I ended up firing them and paid for it myself. So worth it. Stephen at Precision was respectful, courteous and nice. He did a great job on the installation.

The call taker failed to fully understand my problem, so when the technician arrived (in a very timely manner) he didn't have the parts he needed. He took the time to assess what needed replacement and made the extra effort to return to the shop and get the appropriate parts and return later the same day. He put in superb effort to correctly install parts and ensure correct and safe operation of the door. I will definitely recommend Precision and Stephan to anyone needing garage door work done.

Sean was the 1st tech that came out and repaired the cable that off the drum. Tony was the 2nd tech that came out and the roller that was put back on by the 1st tech kept coming off the track and I put it back in and the door magically worked every time Tony opened & shut the door. Kris was the 3rd tech that came out and he observed the roller that kept coming off the track was not rolling. He sprayed it with some lubricate and the roller seem to be working great.
