Couldn’t get our car out due to broken garage door spring. Precision sent out Jared within the hour and fixed everything efficiently and professionally and we had use of our car again. We couldn’t be more pleased with Jared and Precision.

We had Precision install two garage doors with German drives and openers with remotes. They came and installed them as promised, even doing some structural modifications to optimize the job. After several months one stopped working; a weekend call brought a serviceman to Coeur d'Alene from Spokane and in a few minutes the problem was solved with no cost and the door is working perfectly again. This is what I wrote on YELP. Beware! You will call and they quote a service fee of $89.95 to come out and will charge for parts. OK, that's fair. But, when the service tech came out, then, and after 15 minutes to make an adjustment, to get the door to work, he gave me a bill for more than $250! There were no parts used. He said the bill included the $89.95 and an environmental fee of $15 plus, his charge of $150 labor. Don't trust this company.
