Nice young man. Knew what he was doing. Totally screwed me on the price. Did not give me a written estimate. Sold me three bearings for $75.95 apiece. They cost $6.00 each. I know, because I went to Overhead door and bought one. Total invoice of $587.70 was outrageous. Basically $150.00 worth of materials. He was here one hour. Not bad for him....over $400.00 an hour labor. Replaced two springs for $149.95 each, plus $59.95 service charge. Springs cost less than $50.00 apiece. I would never use you guys again, and I am certainly letting all my friends, neighbors and family know. I was outrageously violated.

Kris installed a new door opener last week. It worked fine for several days, and then would not stay down, showing error code 28. Kris came back and adjusted the sensitivity, and applied lubricant as well as tapping the rail in the area where he'd installed the photo-sensors. He was quick, thorough, and courteous.
