Was thrilled when I could talk to a Polite PERSON when I called in and got same day service on my garage door that would not open, and had a broken spring. The technician Adrian arrived on time and was courteous, thorough, and professional. He showed me as well as explaining to me what repairs were needed and how much they would cost. He showed me what to do if the garage ever locked down again. I will definitely use Precision again and put them on my bi-yearly maintenance schedule.

Well, simply amazing. It’s rare to find a company so earnestly devoted to covering all the bases and pleasing the customer. Service was prompt — yes, they really did send a tech to my home the same day. Scott the tech guy was really nice: cordial, laid back, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. The new door opener is a gem, whisper quiet with all the latest state of the art bells and whistles. Oh, and these folks stay in touch and text you to let you know their guy is on his way and how things are going. Precision Door is a step above, for sure.
