Service response was great, I called about my broken garage door spring about 3PM. They said I could expect service between 4PM and 6PM. Christian arrived about 5PM and had the springs replaced and new rollers for the door channels installed by 6PM. I certainly recommend Precision Door.

Service was quick, but conversation on phone with the person that took my call was misleading. I asked what the typical cost of spring replacements were and she quoted me on a single standard spring and another single lifetime guaranteed spring that was really only 7 years. They failed to mention springs are typically sold in pairs, which doubles the price, and that if bearings need to be changed out, that can quadruple the price. Bottom line is, they do good, quick work, but they get you with the service call just to give you a quote, where others come out for free for the quote, and you will not have a good general idea of costs until they come out and give you the quote. I would recommend finding someone that will at least not stick it to you for coming out and giving you a quote. I have no problem with the work, but the process won’t have me coming back.

Anthony was courteous and explained things clearly. He completed his work professionally and efficiently. Some repair work needed to be done and there was no "hard sell." We had a new door installed 10 weeks ago from you folks. It started making a popping sound right as it caught at the top end of bringing the door up.
