Love all the light this garage door gives and it is so much more quieter than the one we had. One issue we have is the gap between the door and the cement floor not happy with that. I wish he could have fixed the gap or offer an idea

We did not have a broken garage door spring. I had phoned to ask about replacement of a garage door opener that was not working. The openers are about 8 years old, so we have gotten good service and time to replace them. I ordered two from the company. I would never phone anyone about a garage door, garage door opener, etc. except Precision Door Service. Staff are always very polite, knowledgeable, and conscientious. In the past I have referred neighbors to Precision Door for service because I know from experience that they are first class people doing first class work ! Thanks for your help.

The technician was very helpful and courteous. He knew what he was doing. I ordered the Lube and Tune for both garage doors. I was shocked to have a service charge added to the Lube and Tune amount. Ben Balderree was very professional, knowledge and courteous in regards to doing regular garage door maintenance. In addition he reprogrammed my remotes & keypad. He was even able to reprogram my Jeep to open all the garage doors. I was impressed as he noted some future maintenance items that will need to be replaced in the future and did not pressure me to replace the parts right away…again honesty and not just taking advantage of a sale!!! My keypad stopped working and Precision was able to come out and replace it within a few hours! Same day service is almost non existent these days and it was just charged as a standard service call. Now that’s service! Repair tech called on his way. He was very efficient and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better service experience. Precision customer for life!
