Ben Balderree was very professional, knowledge and courteous in regards to doing regular garage door maintenance. In addition he reprogrammed my remotes & keypad. He was even able to reprogram my Jeep to open all the garage doors. I was impressed as he noted some future maintenance items that will need to be replaced in the future and did not pressure me to replace the parts right away…again honesty and not just taking advantage of a sale!!! My keypad stopped working and Precision was able to come out and replace it within a few hours! Same day service is almost non existent these days and it was just charged as a standard service call. Now that’s service! Repair tech called on his way. He was very efficient and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better service experience. Precision customer for life!

Tech: Anthony Morales arrived at our home bright an early as we requested. He began work right on time and replaced lift motor and all repairs that go with that. He replaced all door rollers, adjusted the spring etc. He is very knowledgeable of his craft and he did a great job. I give Anthony and Precision Door a 5 star rating. I highly recommend them. Ron

Adrian came out to do a Lube and Tune special that I had requested. He did a thorough inspection of my garage door and found some items that could pose a potential problem in the future, and he explained them to me. I agreed it might be better to take care of the problems now, rather than later. He did a good a job in a professional manner and I feel better that a future problem was taken care of.

first off, the technician was Anthony Morales. Anthony was very professional in discussing his diagnoses of what he observed with the door operation. I suspected it was the opener but turned out to be the overhead spring was the problem. Anthoy explained what needed to be done along with options and cost. No sales pressure just facts of doing the job correctly.

Great! Michael showed up 30 minutes early, with a courtesy call, of course. He lubed and checked out all of the door components. I just wanted to make sure the door was ready for winter. Michael did a good job, and he was super friendly an courteous. He deserves a pay raise!

Sean arrived with advanced notice, very pleasant to deal with! Sean checked everything out and found that there was nothing wrong with the spring, however noticed a couple things that needed attention. Sean was really good at explaining everything he was doing and why. Sean checked out the big garage door as well as the shop door……how great was that!
