I am a general contractor that deals with subcontractors all the time and this has been the worst experience and customer service I've ever experienced. Everything I was promised to get the sale was a lie, timeliness were promised and missed by ALOT, the salesman left the company and management will not honor his promises. I was told they will only replace one faulty part and they'll mail it to me to install myself as they will not be returning to my property to complete their install. Our garage door broke on Thanksgiving morning. Not only did they answer the phone, but a technician came and stabilized the door until a new one could be installed.
