Outstanding customer service! Called 5 pm Sun and Sean arrived 8 am Mon. Fixed our programming problem, replaced roller pins, and lubricated spring and hinges. Also programmed a new keypad (original never worked). Door runs smoother and quieter than ever. I would definitely recommend Precision and Sean!

Anthony called and arrived right on schedule . He was so polite and respectful and was able to solve the problem of a very loud squeal in the garage door. He went ahead and lubricated the door for me showing me the proper way to do this and what type of lubricant that needed to be used. I learned so much from him and now feel confident in doing this maintenance twice a year. I so appreciate the time he took and his very pleasant nature. I so appreciated his help.

Love all the light this garage door gives and it is so much more quieter than the one we had. One issue we have is the gap between the door and the cement floor not happy with that. I wish he could have fixed the gap or offer an idea
