I first called a different company and never received a call back. I called Precision at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday and Ben arrived at 8:50 a.m. on Friday, after first calling to warn me he was on his way. He went over the costs of getting a new remote and keypad versus fixing the old ones. I chose to get new ones. He was finished in no time.
